Joining of forces
This field lab, based in Leerpark Dordrecht learning centre, represents a joining of forces between the local business community, educational institutions and government.
At the Duurzaamheidsfabriek (Sustainability Factory), we aim to guide more technically skilled employees towards the labour market and improve the match between supply and demand.
We have set up intermediate vocational and higher professional education programmes focused on sustainability in a novel way. Companies can rent innovation areas and facilities from us or jointly establish an innovation programme. At the Duurzaamheidsfabriek, firms may test skills and develop products or train employees in a new practical setting, such as a production line, as part of a customised programme.
